As a Junior IT Specialist at OlyBet, you will work towards ensuring the maximum uninterrupted uptime of IT equipment, perform effective and continuous maintenance of IT equipment according to the set goals along with advising IT users and solving their problems and/or organizing the solution in Helpdesk system.

Does This Sound Like You?

• At least 2 years of work experience in IT, Helpdesk, or system administration. 
• Good knowledge of Windows operating system, computer hardware and electronics and knowledge of components.
• Category B driver's license
• Knowledge of Estonian and English language.

• Software installation and configuration of new workstations.
• Prevention of IT failures through scheduled maintenance.
• Documentation of settings and hardware in the information system and contributing to the development of the information system.
• Participation in the development of IT best practices, documentation and dissemination.
• Participation in IT SOS support service provision.
