As Head of Sports Trading, you will be a senior member of the OlyBet Performance Department, responsible for current and future expansion of OlyBet Sports Betting Trading operations. This includes the management of our in-house Trading department consisting of numerous Risk Analysts who will serve as your direct reports.

• Strong passion for Sports
• Personal management and leadership skills required for managing an department working in a competitive sports betting and trading environment
• International experience across multiple key gaming marketing such as Europe and the Americas
• Experience with trading and risk management specific tools/platforms/systems such as Pricing Models, Odds comparison, Bet acceptance, Customer risk profile Identification
• Analytical mindset – Able to integrate product and customer data insights into daily operations and strategic planning

• Provide key insight and direction regarding OlyBets Sports trading and sports betting philosophy and strategic roadmap
• Communicate and implement overall business vision and mission within the trading department
• Determine trading strategy, influence and direction as it relates to new markets and business expansion
• Direct manager for OlyBet Risk Analysts, responsible for the operations, management, growth and development of staff
• Be the primary point of contract within the trading team for key stakeholders around the business such as Marketing, Product and Technical Development, Finance, Human Resources etc
• Keep track of industry standards and changes within the local and international gaming markets – ensure OlyBet is or always working towards best-in-class performance
