As a Sports Trading Analyst you will be member of OlyBet Sports Trading Team and looking after performance analysis and maximizing of the Sports betting trading performance by using data to determine potential areas of improvements and opportunity.

• Strong understanding of Sports and Sports Betting, including prior experience in the Betting and with performance optimization
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable reading and understanding data as a tool to help make decisions
• Fluent working proficiency in English

• Daily monitoring of trading performance on a detailed level across all of the markets, with a particular focus on new, developing and underperforming markets and sports.
• Setting up appropriate and easy to manage trading settings system in the different back end system or in absence of this, working with the 3rd parties for the set up.
• Optimizing the aggregated risk performance to ensure all individual regions, channels and sports are maximized for the revenue performance by ensuring the appropriate setup in terms of what bet types/events are offered, how competitive the odds are, what the maximum bet amounts are.
• Working with the necessary parties to ensure that odds on our site are as accurate as possible.
• Supporting and monitoring the performance of any strategic positions and approaches that have been taken regarding the Sports betting portfolio.
