Requirements for candidates
Education & Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g. SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, S/4HANA) is a strong plus
💼 Professional Experience
- Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience with SAP implementations, migrations, or support
- Experience with full project lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Experience with at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, CRM, or SAP S/4HANA)
- For senior roles: experience leading SAP implementation projects or workstreams
🔧 Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP module(s) and integration points
- Ability to analyze business processes and map them to SAP functionality
- Experience with SAP configuration and customizing
- Familiarity with debugging, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and/or ABAP (for technical consultants)
