Requirements for candidates

Education & Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g. SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, S/4HANA) is a strong plus

💼 Professional Experience

Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience with SAP implementations, migrations, or support
Experience with full project lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
Experience with at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, CRM, or SAP S/4HANA)
For senior roles: experience leading SAP implementation projects or workstreams

🔧 Technical & Functional Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP module(s) and integration points
Ability to analyze business processes and map them to SAP functionality
Experience with SAP configuration and customizing
Familiarity with debugging, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and/or ABAP (for technical consultants)
